Albaraka Bank Limited, a leading Islamic bank in South Africa, is proud to invite young, aspiring graduates to participate in their 2013 Graduate Program.

In alignment with the Bank’s talent management strategy, the Graduate Program is designed to attract high calibre, qualified graduates to join their team of dedicated professionals, thereby contributing to the achievement of its long term strategic business objectives.

Al Baraka offers a professional, fast paced and high performance environment for the development of ambitious, young professionals.

The following graduate vacancies exist for the 2013 program:

1)    Bachelor of Commerce or B Tech Degree (Finance and Business Management) to develop within the Credit and Shariah Divisions of the Bank. A strong Islamic qualification in addition to a Bachelor of Commerce Degree will be an advantage.

2)    Bachelor of Commerce or B. Tech Degree (Business Management and Marketing), to develop within the Sales Division of the Bank. Candidates with a strong passion for sales and marketing coupled with excellent interpersonal skills are invited to apply. Must be prepared to spend a period of time at the Gauteng Branch of the Bank.

3)    Degree in Computer Science or B Tech Degree to grow within the IT Division of the Bank. Candidates with a passion for IT development and project management are invited to apply. A related project management qualification will be advantageous.

Students who will graduate at the end of 2012 are invited to apply. Final selections will be based on the final exam results

The Graduate program will be hosted at Al Baraka’s head office in Durban.
